Genesis 1:1 is not included in London, British Library, Add MS 9398.
This manuscript includes: A Masoretic codex of the Prophets and Writings, excluding the Five Scrolls: Joshua, Judges, Samuel, Kings, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, the Twelve, Psalms, Proverbs, Job, Daniel, Ezra–Nehemiah, and Chronicles. Fols. 204v and 205r are blank between the Prophets and Psalms. The published foliation jumps from 2v to 4r, but the biblical text continues within Joshua 2:3 rather than losing a passage. OPenn supplies fol. 299v as a separate conservation photograph; it is restored between fols. 299r and 300r in physical navigation. Later mainly midrashic marginal notes on fols. 17r–19v are not additional biblical occurrences..
